@julian6596 From what it sounds like, your PC maybe infected with a virus!! I know it sounds terrible, can u run a virus scan??

hello, when i try to open control panel it doesnt do anything the only thing you can open is the internet but also it says limited or no connectivity please !help!

hi every time i go to my control panel and click on an icon i get a error messege tha says error in rundll32.exe missing entry:basegui.ppl,shellexecuter ....plz help thanks
